Return Policy

By sending a return, you automatically agree to the return terms of www.coupleblocks.com.

Return period: Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Sender responsibility: Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment. Around 5–10% of return shipments arrive damaged or incomplete, which may affect our ability to issue a refund. Please prepare your package carefully before shipping.

Trackable shipping proof: You must send the return with a trackable shipping method and email the tracking number to info@coupleblocks.com. We can only process a refund once the tracking system confirms the return has arrived.

Return notification: Returns must be announced in writing via info@coupleblocks.com before being sent.

Condition of goods: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. If damaged, report this immediately with photos.

Resellable condition: Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Exclusions from Return and Refund

Custom-made items or special orders cannot be returned.

Personal care items and products with a hygienic nature cannot be returned (e.g. underwear, shapewear, socks, lingerie, and grooming products).

Items sent back after the 14-day return period.

Step 1: Read the return policy
Please read the return policy at the top of this page carefully before proceeding.

Step 2: Contact our customer service
Contact our customer service via email at info@coupleblocks.com to report your return. Be sure to include your contact details and order number, and attach clear photos or videos of any defects or damages. If the product is defective and falls within the warranty period and was delivered by our supplier, you are entitled to a replacement and do not need to return it.

Step 3: Download the return form and complete it
Download and fill out the return form completely. Include this form in the package. If any information is missing, we cannot process your refund.

Step 4: Pack your package carefully
Pack your item securely, neatly, and with care.

Step 5: Create a trackable return label
Create a shipping label online or at your local post office. Make sure the label includes a track & trace code. (Use the return address provided below this page.)

Step 6: Attach the label to your package
Firmly attach the return label to your package, or have this done at a post office. Send the items together with the completed return form to the return address.

Step 7: Send the proof of shipment
Send the proof of shipment, including the track & trace number, as a reply to the email where you reported your return. Send it to info@coupleblocks.com.

Step 8: Confirm & Wait for Delivery
By shipping the return, you agree to our return terms. We must wait until the tracking shows the package as “delivered.” Once that status is confirmed, we will issue your refund within 14 working days via the same payment method you used.

Important Notes:

1. As the sender, you are responsible. We want to avoid any misunderstandings.

2. In 5% to 10% of cases, customs duties, loss, or other obstacles can prevent return packages from arriving at our return location. If this happens, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. If your shipment is insured, you may be eligible to request compensation for the purchase or shipping cost through the courier. Depending on their policy and the nature of the issue, your parcel may be returned to you or destroyed by the carrier.

Refusing delivery, not picking up at a pickup point, or returning with the delivery driver – is that possible?

No, for a successful refund you must follow our return steps and return conditions.
Returns handed to the driver, refused at the door, or not collected from a pickup point will not be accepted. If the return process is not followed correctly, we unfortunately cannot process a refund — neither for you as the customer nor for Klarna.

Remarks and Conditions:

The cost of returning your order is always the responsibility and at the risk of the customer. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Return shipping costs range between €11 and €50, depending on the size and weight of your parcel and the chosen shipping carrier. For larger or heavier shipments, return costs may be higher depending on the carrier.

You, as the sender, are responsible. We are not liable for incorrect addresses or any issues that arise during shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in such cases.

Make sure all items are returned in good condition and meet all return conditions in order to receive a refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the moment the return is received at the above-mentioned address.

The tracking proof with track & trace must be emailed to info@coupleblocks.com. We prefer that you respond to our earlier email contact.
