General Terms and Conditions for Order(s) and Delivery

We ship your products directly from the supplier to you, which helps reduce CO2 emissions and lowers transport and storage costs. This process not only supports a more sustainable approach, but also allows us to offer you competitive prices.

The average delivery time is 7–14 business days. By ordering from us, you choose a conscious way of consuming — without compromising on service or quality. Make the responsible choice for sustainable delivery today!

Processing Time

Orders are processed and forwarded to our supplier on the same day of purchase.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday at our distribution center, and will be shipped from our warehouse within 2–4 business days.

Delivery Time & Delays

We are proud to deliver 97% of our orders within the expected timeframe of 7–14 business days. However, in rare cases, delivery may take up to 28 days.
The main causes for delays are peak periods, holidays, customs procedures, extreme weather conditions, and unforeseen illness within our logistics chain. We appreciate your understanding — we are committed to processing every order as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping in the United States

We cover the shipping costs and deliver every order FREE of charge throughout the USA — with no minimum order amount required.

Double-check your shipping details

To ensure correct delivery of your order, it's essential that your shipping information is complete and accurate. Incorrect or missing details may lead to delays.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct information. Please note: if delivery fails due to incorrect information, we are not liable for loss or failed delivery. Any re-shipping costs will be at your own expense.

Cancelling your order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed, as it is immediately forwarded to our supplier and processed.
A right of withdrawal applies, which allows you to return the product(s) within 14 days from the day you received them.
Have you ordered multiple items in one order? Then the 14-day period starts on the day the last item is received.

Lost Delivery

We’re sorry to hear there’s a problem with your delivery. Please follow the steps below:

1. Is your tracking marked as delivered today? Sometimes the package arrives the next day. Give it one extra day before taking action.

2. After 1 day, contact the courier to check if the package may have been delivered incorrectly or marked as delivered at the wrong address.

3. Still nothing? Preferably within 1 week after the delivery status, contact us via info@coupleblocks.com. We will initiate an investigation, which increases the chance of a positive outcome. (Note: an investigation may take 3 months or longer.)

4. While we cannot guarantee a solution from the investigation, we will work toward a suitable outcome.

5. If the address was entered incorrectly, we unfortunately cannot process a refund. We’re happy to look at alternative solutions.

6. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated, as delivery is partly out of our control.

Refusing or Not Picking Up a Package from a Pickup Point

If you are not home during delivery, the package will be offered 2 times (depending on the carrier). If delivery fails, the package will be left with a neighbor or sent to a pickup point. You must collect it from there before it is returned.

Please note that refusing delivery or not picking up the package does not qualify for a refund. The package must be delivered and returned to us according to our return policy in order to process a refund.

If the package needs to be resent because delivery failed, we will resend it once free of charge. If another attempt is needed after that, we will charge €8 for reshipping.

Track Your Order

You can track your order via our Track & Trace page. Tracking is usually visible the next day, but in some cases it may take up to 3 days after placing your order. It may also take up to 1 week before the first tracking updates become visible.
